Right-hander Bryce Stowell (La Habra, CA) has signed a contract with the Cleveland Indians.
While with the Dans (2006) the Pepperdine pitcher was 5-1 with a 1.52 ERA. He struck out 69 and walked 13, allowing only 9 earned runs in 53.1 innings pitched.
Stowell will begin his professional career with the Mahoning Valley Scrappers.
